what type of photography...........

I shoot a variety of things, like I would imagine most people do, but primarily I shoot classic still life and expressionistic images, which falls into the fine art category.

i have yet to figure out that fine art category. seems anything not sports can fall into fine art.

This the statement that I have on my facebook page. The information came from an article about fine art photography and how it's defined :

You might ask, What is Fine Art Photography? It doesn't come with an easy definition. Suffice to say the best is : Photography purely for the sake of expressing the photographer's own vision and feelings. There are elements in the art photographer's world that tend to rely more on art as a whole, seeing something the same way as a painter would view something only they express what they see thru the lens of a camera rather than with a paintbrush.

i have thought about getting into that, but not sure i have the people skills lol

Normally pornography. Keep a straight face and watch the reaction.

nudes....that usually shuts them up.

started learning with skating. Then branched out and started learning about landscapes, and now i'm learning lighting and portraits.

Hm I opened ,that link of photography. Each one looks white & black Photography.

I suppose you would call it Record photography while trying to keep it framed so it's easy on the eye. I'm not one to walk around just snapping shots because "they are there". That appears to be a trait of the digital era, and I'm not into abstract, artsy images. Rule of thirds is about as "artsy" as I get :048:

I'm not sure what I do well, but my landscapes and documentary photos lean towards the snapshot end of the scale. When I see shapes and patterns in the outer world which connect inwardly with ideas and concepts in my inner world, I try to express this connection through photography. I'm not always sure what it is that causes this connection, neither do I know if the ideas were already latent in my mind or inspired by what I encountered - but the resulting photos articulate the experience in some way.

I really don't have a style, but my camera shoots nice pitchers.
