Heh, I'm in that same storm, my company just tried to call me in to clean the sat dishes. Now the fact that they cut back hours is going to bit them in the buttocksian region.

I tried, took me an hour to go from exit 5 to exit 8 on Rt. 140. To give a sense of perspective, it usually takes me three minutes to do that. I called them back up and said I'm not risking my life to go in and do what there should be somebody there to do. And to top it off, they usually find some way of paying me straight time in situations like this, Usually be adjusting my schedule so I don't hit more than 40 hours.[rant=off]

Good for you Scott, it's not worth the risk for a job, esp one that doesn't appreciate the extra effort. I hear Boston was supposed to get about a foot!
