Which camera for this type of photography/videography?

This is just an example of the kind of videos i would be shooting, i DIDNT shoot this video. Also i take photos of the same sports in the video.

Which camera do you think would be better for me. ( I want a DSLR thats shoots good photos and video not a DSLR and a video recorder)

Nikon D90
or
Canon 7D

Its a no brainer......7D.

The D90 has a terrible and limited video mode. The 7D is a lot better for video, but still not going to be as user-friendly as a stand-alone video camera.

As far as between the two, the 7D is probably the best camera you can get (south of a 5-grand pro body) as a sports/action camera with video. The D90 is a good entry/mid level camera, but is far behind the 7D as both a still camera and a video camera.
