Adorama has the Nikon Refurbished 70-300VR for only $360... IMHO its a steal!!!!

Wow! Thanks for the herads=up. Any concerns with buying refurbished glass?

Warranty I believe is limited to 90 days. Nikon USA offeres five year warranties on new ones. (Anyone can correct me on the warranty period but definitely it is shorter than the full warranty.)

Otherwise, they work and often look brand new but come in a plain box.

Six months with Adorama & keh. One year with Cameta... pretty darn good for used and refurbished.. All of my goodies were used/refurbished from adorama and cameta.

Update: Got my new lenses the past couple weeks. Man, I love that 50mm. Been playing around with it taking shots of my son at home. I love how it really separates the background even indoors. Nice and bright shots. Plenty of light.
I haven't had the opportunity to play with the zoom lens yet.

Wait until you try the 35mm! I liked the 50mm, but was used to the 50mm from my film camera, so wasn't as happy with it on APS-C. Snagged the 35mm 1.8, I never use my 18-200 anymore.
