I shot this big shiney ball on a suprisingly warm sunny winters day in newcastle ireland.I like the kind of abstractness from it but I dont know which one I should use.One is selective colouring with my reflection in the image and one selective colour without my reflection, and one is completely black and white with the reflection left in.So which one should I use?

As one who is not overly fond of selective colouring, I tend to liking the purely b&w one best, only does precisely that one lack in sharpness - or seems to do - more than the half-coloured ones do.

I am totally NOT against seeing you in there, though some might say it's better if you clone yourself out, like you did in the first. Maybe, if you try to bring out some more sharpness, and if you crop quite close to the ball, so there are not distracting houses and antennae and so on to be seen... then I personally prefer the purely b/w one.
