I like them both, but the black & white is my fav. I love the tones. In the color version I find myself paying more attention to the grass since the barn is so washed out. I think the b/w is striking.

I love the black and white because it brings out the texture and tone of the wood. I also forces to see the reflections in the water whereas the bright green causes you to lose alot the the visual depth. Nice Shot BTW

thanks Lisa... the photo definitely yells B+W just for the era of the subject...but the color also seemed to liven up the look in todays world ..
