which one?

well im looking for an inexpensive camera with a flash sync or 1/250. Im prob. gonna get an eos 650 630 or 620. I know they all have 1/250 flash sync but besides that does anyone know wich is the better of the three. I ve tried to find details on the internet but cant seem to find any details. thanks

I think the 630 was the best of the three according to the above.

The sync on the 650 is only 1/125.
