which photographers...?

i'm an a level photography student and am using the theme of "the passage of time"

it's open ended and i was wondering if anyone knew of any photographers that have work based on or that fits in with this theme that i can use for my research and inspiration?

I'm not sure if this counts, but one of my favorite photographers, Lou Obedlam, has several sets of his photography from 2006-2012 on his Flickr page. In most of his posts he writes commentary, and I know some of that is about what he's learned over time about people and photography in general.
