Minolta. :er: Unfortunately, I bought the 7D right before they sold to Sony. Otherwise, I would've bought a Nikon. I already had Minolta lenses.

If you're a Canon user the 1.4 is a HUGE increase in build quality. If you're a Nikon user there's a small increase there, and a big increase in picture quality below f/4 :er:
