Winter Photos??

We have close to 9 months of winter in this area. Dormant as far as plant and wildlife goes. On the other hand we are psyched that sno travel provides easy access to areas that are otherwise too far away.

sad, miserable wet weather, having idiots tailgating, marvellous storms, late and early sunsets/rises, new snow, crimbo lights, massive supermarket checkout queues, shoppers wandering aimlessly, all in all a total bl**dy nightmare

now what kinds of photos could I take?
I have one of a cute, little house w/ a beautiful fence out front all covered in snow. That's it though.
