It looks like a long and cold trip!
How high was that mountain?

Ornak is the mountain that leads You to the very top of the western Tatra Ridge, on the Polish side ...

We took the trip in the morning (8 a.m) and took us 2 hours to get to Iwaniacka valley (1400 m), from where he had to lead out own path, bacause the trail was under the snow, so we couldn't see it... It took about 1,5 hours more to get to the ridge (1800 m) So about 12 o clock we were " on the mountain " going through it's 4 peaks ... We wanted to get to Starobocianski Summit seen on the right side in here but the weather made it impossible this time ... all peaks above 2000 meters were under the clouds, it was very windy, and a lot of snow (3rd avalanache degree danger)

We have reached the hut, at 16.00
