Hey guys. Came here to look for some knowledge. I'm completely new to DSLRs. In fact, I don't even have one yet. I record and write for bands and wanted some way to capture great pictures at shows, so here I am do to my research. That said, a point towards the right forum in which I could ask questions about which entry level DSLR would be the best for me would be much appreciated.

In the mean time I'll be creeping around your community, picking up the knowledge!

Get a decent DSLR with decent ISO performance for shows.

You should cover all the bands in 35mm film. Be different.
