Is this in the Pennines, as well?
And is it a restaurant or actually someone's home?
If so, they live in a lovely surroundings, though I doubt they always have weather as wonderful and pleasant as it was when you took this photo!
I like your perspective (point of view) for this, and your exposure is so that you couldn't do any better.
