Workshop Advice

I'm currently working on a business plan for offering landscape photography workshops. I know enough to get liability insurance, all the required paperwork to legally shoot in the national parks, have marketing ideas, and cash flow estimates.

I'm curious if anyone here with more experience could offer me any sage advice that they learned the hard way, that I might be missing. For reference my site is www.matthewkuhns.com

It's an over saturated market. There are too many people putting on workshops (many who should be attending some instead of putting them on) so you will really need to research the other workshops and come up with something unique to your genre or area.
