It's too yellow for my liking.

Also, while it's an interesting ice formation...It doesn't seem to be an interesting photo...maybe a wider view of the surrounding landscape would be better...or maybe a close up of the texture.

I agree with Mike's assessment. It's a very cool formation, but as a photograph, it just doesn't capture my attention. The white balance is off a bit....if you want people to get a chilly affect from it, the warm tone doesn't help.
