Wrestling?

I have a shoot on Saturday. It is a family of 8 with 2 girls and 4 boys. We will be doing group shots except for the oldest boy who is a wrestler. I know nothing about wrestling and I could not find any information through google. Does anyone have any tips or examples?

Are you saying that you need to do an individual shot of the wrestler? Does wrestling have to figure into the photos?

Unless you are going to do a shoot in a gym, or of him in the uniform, I don't really see how or why you could include that in a family type portrait.

Are you saying you will be doing all family shots AND also individual wrestling-type shots of him seperately? I agree it might look out of place not in a gym, though....sorry, no help here.

Yes, I am doing the whole family as a group and pairs, and indivdual, etc.

He will be in his singlet, the samples I have found online are also not in a gym and they look fine. I just was looking for a different pose then the starting stance.

I used to a wrestler and when i got my pictures take for the high school pictures you know they had us stand like we are going to take a shot. Its a its a stance where your knees are slightly bent and one foot in front of the other alittle more then shoulder with apart and your hands up and out like you are gettting ready to grab on to the guy and tear him up:] Just tell him to stand like he is setting up for a shot im sure he will know what you mean.

Yeah thats what they look like, his legs wide enough and he is not a low as he should be.
