WTB: Beginner SLR 35mm

I need any SLR cameras that are great for beginners. I have very low cash so keep it under 30$ please.

Need something newer than a Vivitar V4000 since the lense control is broke so i can't use my light meter.

A little further down this thread is a WTB manuel focus body thread. I have a Ae-1 in there with two lenses that is a pretty decent buy. Granted it's not under $30...unless ya figure the lenses are worth $15 apiece!
