WTB: Good Quality 67mm Polarizer Filter

I am going on a week long fly fishing trip in about 3 weeks. I will be taking some photos as well as fishing, and since nearly all the photos are going to be on the water (drift boat) I would really like to purchase a good quality polarizer filter. I went to my local camera shop and was blown away by what they are asking for polarizing filters and have been looking ever since for something a little more affordable. Thanks in advance.

Hoya and Tiffen come to mind for reasonably priced and good quality.

Do not buy Hoya or Tiffen filters that are not multi-coated.

I would recommend B+W multi-coated filters instead.

Also if you were to run across a larger size CPL filter, all you would need is a step-down ring to use the larger filter on the 67 mm threads your lens apparently has.

I find that using step-down rings is a pain in the a**. A good polarizer is a 25-year investment. Suck it up. Buy the good one. Go for the Orvis or the Sage...not the Shakespeare Ugly Stick, you know what I mean? I'm frugal, but I buy Simms waders, not those cheapies. I buy expensive fluorocarbon leader material these days as well, not that dollar-a-spool, blue, junk mono.
