This is a purple mushroom soft coral in my tank. It's about the size of a 50 cent piece.

I would say that you have nailed the colors and focus. I love the soft colors at the edge of the frame. The fully sharp coral seems well placed. The hues of the shot may be bordering on neon!
 
I agree with terri, I like the texture on this one. Is your tank lit or is that from natural lighting?

Yes, the tank is lit with about 400 watts of full spectrum lighting (mimics natural sunlight). This shot was taken with the tank lights on, as well as additional lighting from my canon speedlite 550EX. :D
 
Another terrific shot....that's a great tank setup you've got there and the shots are even better.
