I'm starting a new thread so we won't Hijack the thread for the YN-622N.

At first I thought that I was suppose to see the settings change on the flash unit leading me to believe that the x-mitter was bad. After playing with it I realized that the settings on the x-mitter won't reflect on the flash unit.

I wish the directions in the book stated that.

Directions of use:

1. Put the flash unit in TTL mode. Only flash is required to be in TTL.
2. Make sure the channel and group for the flash that you want to control match on both receiver and X-mitter.
3. The Yn-622n-TX doesn't have to be in TTL mode for it to work. If it is in TTL mode then you adjust the EV by +/- 3 stops for power control. However if you set the TX to manual mode(keep the flash in TTL) then you control all power settings.
4. The zoom settings do reflect on the flash unit unlike the power setting.

Unfortunately for me my fleet of YN-560III won't work with this system since they aren't TTL units. They will still fire, but I would have no control over them.
