his face looks a little hot on the light side, but other then that its very good. well composed, features are nice and sharp. its nice other then it being a bit on the bright side

Nice. On #2, I'd crop so that there was a tad more space on the right side between the face and the edge of picture, but that's just nit-picking.

Lighting is good in both. The aquamarine eyes are a personal taste.
Shame he never really relaxed.

I did a slight color enhancement on the eyes, but that is the natural color.

My biggest regret is forgetting to put back up the reflector and I wasn't using a tripod because he was moving around alot.

It was shot using a soft box and the kid wouldn't relax because he wanted to watch wrestling and didn't want to be taking pictures.

All in all it worked out pretty well.
