I've been on 'shrooms', but you're invoking, what, aliens?..right.....

Also, the óbjects'in the first photo are NOT in a different angle, they also 100% match the streetlight layout...

yep, definately streetlight reflections...you can clearly see they are streetlights...

...also, I downloaded the picture, opened in photoshop and copied the "reflections" to a new layer and moved that over the streetlights and it's a perfect match...
