3D software?

A while back I found a free program that would overlay a whole collection of pictures of one subject, like a building, and compile them into one 3D model, but I can't seem to find it anywhere now. I was thinking it was a Google product, but that doesn't seem to be the case. If this rings a bell to anybody, I'd really appreciate the help!

What search engine, search terms have you already tried?

I tried some google searches with terms like Photo/Photograph/Photography, 3D, Model, Software/Program Collage/Compilation, and some other stuff. And just about every logical combination of those.
