    I like the first one a lot. As for the exposure, I think it works with these shots.

    Very crisp shots, but I find the flag distracting.

    You can just barely see the stripes in the flag, I think that makes it interesting.

    Some flash on the flag would have looked cool if you could have pulled that off.

    hello everyone, first off thank you very much for your comments! i really appreciate it!! as for the underexposure, it was done on purpose. i felt that it worked for these shots, as extol said. the flag was really high up in the air, i don't think the flash would have worked, especially since it's the stock flash and it was during the day. i will definitely try it next time, though!! thank you again, everyone! :hug::

    the underexposure fits the mood in these photos. Plus it's New York.

    3rd photo and 6th is the photo i like! it brings the pattern in the low key technique
