I like #2 and #3. I take it you used a waterproof camera?

Yep!

used canon eos 1d mark II
with my aqua tech water housing.
15mm fish eye was used but pitty its not full fish eye due to the 1.3 chip in the camera. most water photographers use the nikon d200 or something because its full frame or close to.
i still like the shots i can produce anyway!
