    Wonderful tones in the reflection.
    Such a pity about the blown out whites in the boat itself and on the quay, but the reflection as such... I like it!
    Was this originally taken in colour and then converted to b&w?
    Was it all busy in colour?

    The image was shoot in colour, It is an interesting reflection and it is pity about the blown out whites on the boat.

    was the water distortion done with a photoshop filter?

    No, the only post processing of this image is the conversion from colour to black and white.
