Since I did not get out today I spent some time shooting in the house. These are a few of the pieces from my camera collection. Most of my collection was used by my father or grandfather except for a few cameras that people have given me over the years.

My wife is a big Lucile Ball fan so I took some images of her Lucy ornaments on our Christmas tree.

Wow, perfect lighting on all of themm. Do you have studio lighting or something or what do you use?

I have all the set-up for a studio but seldom use it. Back-drop stand and two back drops along with two unbrella stands. I use flashes for lighting. For these shots I used a single SB-80DX flash with the D-70. When I bought the flash I expected it to be compatable with up-coming Nikon digital SLRs but you can't use the TTL feature. Someday soon I will have to break down and buy the SB800. First I have my sights on some VR lenses, then a laptop and maybe then a SB800.

The star effect was created with a Hoya star filter.
