Composition is very nice but the BW conversion isn't as good as it could be.
Making the shadow tones darker and increasing the contrast would make this a much more dramatic shot and bring out the composition.

Consider allowing editing on your shots so this can be demonstrated.

I agree, nice composition, but a little too gray for me.
