Brand new beginner C&C

:blushing:I am a brand new beginner to DSLR, just started to learn it couple days ago. This photo is taken at auto mode two years ago (I didn't know much about DSLR at that time). 1/80 28mm f5.0 ISO800. I noticed that the level is off and white balance could be warmer. I should have shot it horizontally.
If I shot it again at AV, what is your advice? Maybe I should try a lot longer exposure 1sec with small aperture f/11?
