Bump!

My sister is due to drop any minute, so we thought we'd get a few "bump shots" done before the big day...was nice to practice on them...I have never done bumps before.
These are the first three processed...the "bump in a dress" shots.

I don't like that her face is covered in # 1, and dad doesn't look too thrilled to be in the picture in #2

Might be the angle and yes background not really going with colors of Mom n Dad

All of these images seem really flat. They lack contrast. What were you using for lighting?

Lastly, the white balance on that last picture is off - her belly looks blue.

A spur of the moment shot, and we have more without the hair covering the face. We were only just starting out at that point...still settling in.

Dad was thrilled, but all were a little nervous to start with...this is an early picture. Later on, when we started settling in, it gets better.

It was, yes.

I had a couple of lights and a white background. The room I was in is not large enough, to be honest, so I was restricted in placement of the lights.

Thanks for pointing out the blue...I don't always notice, being colour blind. I'll have another look at those.
