Burying the N-word

    The NAACP held a mock funeral yesterday to bury the N-word. Here are some pics I took of that event.

    ok, thanks. You mean all of them? These are unedited, maybe upping the contrast would have been better in some.

    They "buried" the "n-word?" Well if that isn't the silliest thing I've heard all day.

    I think that if you further lower the saturation, it will appear more dreary like a funeral should. Although this sounds like a happy funeral..... so...... tough call.

    It seems to me that when a metaphor gets extended into reality it becomes a little, well....., silly.
