C&C required for my photos

Hello,

I want some C&C of my photos so I can improve my photography. Below is the links. All shots are taken with my average Point and Shoot. So they are originally very soft I can't do much about that.

Sumit,
these are surprisingly good, considering they are done with an 'average point and shoot'
I'm not a fan of such saturated colors and the picture of the lotus flower is just not a good as the others.
Altho the sunset and twilight shots are pretty much of a cliche, they are well done.
you have a good eye for composition; my favorite is the mount abu shot and, unfortunately, it is the one that would have benefited from a bit more sharpness in the underlying equipment.

The pictures of the flower for example is on the blown out side. As to the above comment you could have the latest high priced pro camera and be an awful photographer.
