Can someone level the horizon line?

Here's a picture my girlfriend took that we need for a project, can anyone level the horizon line for me? Is it easy to do? Is it on Photoshop or a different program, thanks.

Here you go!

You were only off by .5 degrees. You just rotate in ps arbitrarily (sp).

It's a pretty simple fix. All you have to do is right click the eyedropper tool and select the measure tool. Just click at a point near the edge and follow along to the other edge of the photo in a line parallel to the horizon. Go to Rotate Image: Arbitrary and voila! You got yourself a perfectly straight horizon!

I just recently figured out that little trick as well, with the measure tool to automatically level out pictures.... I LOVE IT!! Wish I had known about it a long time ago...
