Can you help me reduce this noise???

I took a picture yesterday of my four month old with my ISO a bit high. It is tough to get the little one in a nice pose, but this picture is lovely of him IMO. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to repair my mistakes in post processing ( I know that is bad practice and unlikely). I do not own any noise reduction software but would consider looking into it.

If you are willing to give this picture a go, I will send it your way. Not sure how well you can work on it from this image. I have the original as well.

This was my quick attempt with the jpg you provided. It is better. . .but you would be the best judge since it is your image. I ran it through Lightroom2 and used its tools for cleaning up noise.
