So I was lucky to get to shoot the CIS Men's Basketball Final 8 tournament here in Ottawa this year. I had a lot of fun, and met quite a few other photogs (Canadian Press, Reuters, other photogs for student papers) and got what I consider to be some good pictures. I was shooting for my school's paper (University of Ottawa's Fulcrum) and Dalhousie University's student paper (Dalhousie Gazette)

I've limited myself to a few photos on here, but feel free to view my flickr page (Flickr: cantsk8board4sht's Photostream) page to see them all.

    C&C welcome of course.

I apologize somewhat for the noise, but the lighting in there wasn't the greatest (f2.8, 1/400th, iso1600) and with the high iso, and the cropping, the noise shows a lot in some of them.

Good job stopping the action...The pictures are also pretty sharp, but are also pretty noisy. However, you did extremely well with the equipment you have.
