Cold, but warming beach sunrise

    Well, I have been stuck inside with the winter blues and decided to go out despite the freezing temperatures. The weather was in the teens (not taking into account wind chill at the beach). I stayed only 30 mins and this is what I got.

    Thats real beautiful.

    Theres some kind of a small orange dot right on the horizon...is it the sun? Its really small though

    Yes. The small orange dot is the sun beginning to poke out over the horizon.

    I no it sounds stupid but ITS REALLY PRETTY! one if those kinda of pics you see out and about in frames that you just have to buy!

    I really like this photo. It's very simple and yet there are so many layers to it.

    A walk like this, a sight like this, and a photo as result of the walk like this one would have instantly killed my winter blues! :D :thumbup:
    The tiny, tiny sun is so good to see in here, and so are the gradating colours in the sky!
