What did you do to 1 to make it more colorful? Or did you just desaturate it for 2?

Awww. I've never seen a squirrel look so obviously cold. And this while it has its fluffy tail to cover itself!
Nice one.
So is the first like it came out of the camera and the second the desaturated version, or did you work the other way round?

sorry guys havnt been on in awhile....
but to answer your question, in the first one i increased the saturation a little bit from the original, and in the second one, i desaturated it a little.
i took this picture (its the same photo) in RAW.

and the funny thing is, it was 75 degrees outside. on christmas eve. in florida. I KNOW!!!

I like the overall composition. Personally I would've moved the subject down a tad bit. I like number 1 better than number 2.
