Color Advice?

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on the color of this image. The first one is tone-mapped with PhotoMatrix and the second is just some simple photoshop adjustments. I found this old chair next to an abandoned house. I got a lot great pics there. Keep an eye out for some more soon. Thanks!

Well me personally the first one looks more realistic as the green color on the background of the chair doesn't look as green as grass would like in the second one. But I do like that the armest has the most color in the second one. Then again i'm a newb around these parts but that's just my 2 cents.
