Oops, I think these got into the wrong section, but I moved them out of the Photographic Discussions and into the General Gallery for you.

Deer photos, so dear to me, I hardly ever get them to stop and look for me, so you were lucky. Pity about her feet in the second...

The rusty can ... oh well. Very shallow DOF here, too shallow for my liking, but it is not MY liking that counts, of course.

The flower is nice. DOF is perfect. The white balance looks as if the camera was still set to incandescent light and you later photographed in natural light. On the "cool" side (as to the colour temperature). I'd have preferred something warmer.

I think LaFoto's critique nailed it (and Corinna, if you want to see deer a little more closely, PM your address, there are a half-dozen that live in my yard and eat every shrub and plant I buy down to the ground. I'll be very happy to air-freight them to you (COD of course)).
