Did I just get a good deal

Got a Nikon D60 kit with 18-55 VR lens. Also came with a 55-200 VR lens and a nice $60 carrying case for a total of $728 with tax. Luckily we had a 10% discount that we found online last night when we just googled Best Buy discounts. Without the discount it would have been about $780. I am surprised that the 10% worked with the package deal.

Btw, the package deal was $730 before tax (camera kit, extra lens and bag)

Right now it is charging, do we need to do a full charge right now?

Yeah give it a full charge, it's a great camera...and a pretty good deal as well. That was the exact setup I bought for my first dslr cam, and loved it. It's a great camera to learn on and it also takes great pictures, I shoot with a D90 now, and still prefer some of the pictures I took with the D60 over the 90. Good luck with it I hope you love it!
