Did you know you can see Raw in windows explorer?

No neither did I until I stumbled on this:

It doesn't seem to generate previews in the filmstrip, but for thumbnails it works fine with my DNF's.

theres also a raw and tiff viewer that lets you actually view them full screen like jpgs, pretty handy stuff

And for those who don't use either canon or nikon dslr cameras, you don't have to manage without such a utility. There's one called 'dpMagic' which covers a whole load of raw formats (and gives you filmstrip view as well as full screen):
