I really like no.4 i think your perspective really compliments the expression and the stance of the statue :)
 
I served in the Army in Korea in the 1960's. Seoul didn't look anything like that back then.
 
I guess the thing I remember best about Seoul was while we were on the military bus en route to my base of station ( Kunsan AB ), people were out sweeping the streets by hand in the rain. I was struck then by how clean the Korean people like things. Later, while walking around a lake with a female local, we met an old lady tending her garden and carried her vegetables for her back to her country house. The entrance/cooking/washing area had a hard-packed dirt floor that was swept totally clean! She gave us a meal of rice and vegetables in appreciation. Awesome country.

You too? I was stationed near the DMZ - 2d Inf. Div. I didn't visit Seoul very often - perhaps 4 or 5 times. The economic miracle certainly shows.
