Fireworks at the Buddha festival

We had the annual buddha festival here in brisbane last night. Didn't bother going to the festival instead we sat on the opposite bank of the river and watched the explosive finale:

Nicely done! Including the cityview and the reflection of the fireworks in the water raises these above the usual fireworks shots, IMO. Good exposure, too

Anti yeah I hate boring straight up fireworks photos. Last year we captured them over the city itself from a different angle of view: http://farm1.static.flickr.com/229/486068637_ea4fad1f74_b.jpg This time we are standing in that small gap in the trees underneath the riverside expressway looking over to the Buddha festival on the other bank.
