I see these regularly but only I've only seen pairs before. I took a walk to the local "temporary pond" and was very surprised to see a large flock wading at the shore.
Well they saw me, too!
The whole flock took off and was nice enough to circle me several times. I don't often get shots of birds in flight - its HARD! - but I did manage to get a few that came out nice.
