It would help to have a better idea of what you were going for with these. The flower for example, what attracted you to take the photo? Why crop it with your main subject at the very bottom.
You may want to investigate composition "rules" and do some reading about the subject. Not that you have to strictly follow them all the time but they do help to train your eye on what works and why.
For me the last two have too much sky to make them interesting.
What I found interesting about the flower photo was the blue gate contrasting with the yellow and the green.
The sunrays were just interesting the way they were going up, so that's the main point of the photo.
And the dusk photo, makes me feel like I'm sitting on the deck somewhere way out there. The photo was taken at the edge of a very large city, so it's interesting considering where it is.
