Hi, checking in and saying hello.

I'm from Minnesota, and have been taking digital pictures since the end of 1999. Was able to get into the DSLR side of things in 2007 which accelerated by love for photography.

I like to read and learn a lot, as well as share what I know with others, so I'm looking forward to doing that here.

I'm currently realizing and feeling the need to get out more (married with kids, so finding ways to balance the hobby and my wonderful family).

I recently started a blog to share with others my photography learning experiences. I'm hoping writing about it and coming up with material will help me grow as a photographer myself.
