It's a little over exposed.
It has motion blur (camera shake) - did you shoot it at under 1/60th ?

His focus is correct. That's camera shake.

He took it at 1/50 shutter and was moving around a little. You can see it in the grass on the right and is the reason some of the horizontal lines are sharp while no vertical lines are.
