I have made my way to this forum to share my knowledge of the manual workings of the photon capturing tools used in this new and growing field of photography.
Now I must emphasize the term manual. This new "automatic" fad is nothing but a hoax, in my humble and sincere opinion. I set my aperture and shutter speed all manually and from the sheer knowledge and experience of trial and error. I develop the film plate with chemicals I procure weekly from the local apothecary. But I digress; I shall have plenty of time to discuss such matters with you all in due time, as well as post some of my best and most wonderful shots.
Best Regards,
Sir John Franklin
