How to make the transparent watermark...

I have seen a youtube video in the past on how to create these, but I can't seem to find it now. Does anyone how a watermark like this is made, or can anyone list a simple method in CS5?

You use layers and embossing to get it like that. Youtube has a couple of videos on it.

I have watched many videos on the tube regarding this matter. But this one is the best i have seen in a long time. Thanks for posting the link. :thumbup:

Lightroom does easy-peasy watermarks as well and you can place and set opacity to your liking.

I made my own in PS6 it takes a little bit of time. Since the small letters in the ring are all individual layers. when i zoom in like that i see i need to move some of them a little bit.

But it looks like this.

The other thing I would like to do is create an action or something that would apply it with a single click, much like a normal brush.
