i didnt see a cow jumping over it...

i tried this shot after i got this lens a couple weeks ago, but due to lack of time and patience i had to give up only after a few moments. i just stepped outside for a moment and saw the moon so huge...so i did what anyone would do...ran back inside, grabbed the camera and tripod and setup shop determined not to go in and to bed until i got the shot i was looking for.

so here goes:



shot at 1/60s @ f8 / iso 100 / 300mm / manual focus at infinity

this was pulled from a 100% crop.

not the best shot, but im pleased. guess im going to need a bigger lens if i intend on doing this more...

i swear every time i get comfy with what i think this little cheapie lens can/cant do...it turns around and pulls a surprise on me!
